October 15. 2013-Lazy day in Virginia Beach

It's my Birthday and we just goofed off here for the day.  I began with a 3 mile walk on the Boardwalk and then did some post office duties and then went for a ride to the Harley Store to schedule my 6000 mile service for Thursday morning.  This afternoon, I visited the Fort Henry Lighthouse and the location of the settler's first landing in the US.  I did climb the 191 steps to the top of the lighthouse.  This is all located on the Fort Henry Army Base and It was the same drill as entering Canada.  It was a beautiful setting and well worth proving that I had registration and insurance on the motorcycle, twice within 50 feet. We are headed back to Nick's for more Shrimp!!
