Man, what a day. We lefty Somerset without seeing the Flight 93 Memorial due the NPS closures. It was raining moving South to North right up our planned route, so we waited until 10:30 and ran West on the PA Turnpike to I-79. we only had to run about 50 miles in the rain and then it turned off nice, but cool. It never got over 60 until we were about a block from the Hotel in Niagara Falls. We ran North on I-79 to Erie, PA and then East on I-90 to Buffalo. As we were approaching Buffalo, we picked up the remains of the storm we ran from this morning. As we left the Interstate headed into Buffalo, the wind off the lake hit us Broadside and must have been gusting about 50 MPH. hard to stay On the road in traffic. We got to the border and had the bike inspected at Canadian Customs and we must have passed, because they let us in. We have a great hotel location with the view of the falls. Incredible to say the least. We had a nice dinner at Margaritaville and will check this place out tomorrow!!
